HolyGreenCow Second Birthday!!

December 15, 2011

Today marks the 2nd Anniversary of my first use of HolyGreenCow as a pseudonym for my artistic endeavours.

It’s been a long, arduous and at times, brilliant year. Art highlights include being a finalist in the Prometheus, my inclusion in the Art bank collection and the completion of my Honours year at QCA.

Not to mention making some amazing new friends and producing work that makes me smile.

I am proud of all that I have achieved in the last 2 years but my biggest accomplishment would have to be the birth of little Cordelia  ❤

A big thanks to Jean-Maree, my wife, for putting up with me and being so supportive and Ray Cook, officially my supervisor at QCA, but unofficially, the man without whom I would never have started or continued this journey.

Next year is going to be big, starting with the solo exhibition at Bundaberg Regional Gallery and my series of talks in schools… It’s going to a great experience!!

Cheers

Ian

Meets the Star - Cordelia Grace Pool in her first major role!!!

If you didn’t get a chance to pop along to the 2011 Honours Graduate show at the QCA, there is still time. It closes Sunday.

It was Cordy’s second Art exhibition and it was clear which photo she thought was the best  :p
