Unfortunately, as this was Cordelia’s first exhibition, we couldn’t stick around and I regret that I missed an opportunity to chat with fellow artists Gemma-Rose Turnbull and Samantha Everton.
Great to see Callum Ross’s show too. I felt pleased to be in such good company. ‘austrALIENation‘ was really well received and the QCP did an amazing job hanging the show.
It was easily our favourite show to see at the QCP and it was great to see so many people there. Cheers.

Last night was the official opening for my first major solo and it was a great night.
Many thanks to Troy and Vicus @ C Gallery for making my work look amazing on the walls.
Thanks also to everyone that popped in over the course of the night, was good to see you all.
The show is open for another three weeks, so please head in to C Gallery and say hi to Troy and check out the show.
It’s the night before the big opening at C Gallery and it’s quite exciting. My first major solo in a fantastic new gallery.

My first major Solo show as an emerging artist has been announced for the 5th of May.
It will be held at C Gallery on James street from 6 – 8pm.
I am pleased to be able to present my last series ‘austrALIENation’ in it’s entirety for the first time. Along with work from Cataclysm and the highly successful ‘They Came’ series.

If you happen to be in Brisbane City during January and February, a large selection of my work is on display at the Brisbane Square Library.
Opening night is next Friday, So I may see some of you there.

Luke Roberts has been a great influence on my work and it was a dream come true (and massive honour) to work with him and Pope Alice on my ‘austrALIENation’ series.
I sincerely hope you all get the opportunity to check out his Alpha Station / Alphaville show at the IMA and I’m looking forward to the opening night cocktails 🙂
