As part of the lead up to the opening of my THEY CAME exhibition at the Bundaberg Regional Art Gallery, I was interviewed for the Channel Seven news at 6
It’s been a fantastic week of visiting schools and talking about my work as well as working with the wonderful staff of the BRAG, to help make the opening night really cool… and a little different… 🙂
It’s been tough being away from Jean and Cordy all week, but this residency has been quite inspiring and I am so glad to have been invited.

Just had some great news, HolyGreenCow has just been asked to exhibit at BRAG (Bundaberg Regional Art Gallery) early next year as part of the QLD Festival of Photography.
The exhibition will feature the They Came series in it’s entirety and will run for 2 months. More details as they come to hand…

Kitty Revenge 2 Finalist in the Prometheus Art Award 2011
Well it wasn’t a win at the Awards, but it was a great night. Thanks to Clarissa Bones for coming along and getting me in the T2 lane 🙂
I have to admit… It was humbling to be chosen as a finalist. There was so much work I just loved!! 2 in particular that I would have bought on the spot, if I’d won the $15,000
The award was one by someone from Uni too. So I was one of two from QCA Photography. That was pretty cool too.
Luckily, the winning work contained NO ADVERBS…

Last night was the official opening for my first major solo and it was a great night.
Many thanks to Troy and Vicus @ C Gallery for making my work look amazing on the walls.
Thanks also to everyone that popped in over the course of the night, was good to see you all.
The show is open for another three weeks, so please head in to C Gallery and say hi to Troy and check out the show.
It’s the night before the big opening at C Gallery and it’s quite exciting. My first major solo in a fantastic new gallery.
Looking forward to seeing it all hung and meeting a lot of you there.

My first major Solo show as an emerging artist has been announced for the 5th of May.
It will be held at C Gallery on James street from 6 – 8pm.
I am pleased to be able to present my last series ‘austrALIENation’ in it’s entirety for the first time. Along with work from Cataclysm and the highly successful ‘They Came’ series.
